All general alarms generated by the SBA generate a log. Another log is generated when the
alarm is cleared.
While there is a log message associated with each alarm, the information may not be
enough to determine what raised the alarm.
The following events can generate alarms:
A problem with either the SBA or the general FTP process on the SDM:
LODSK alarms
The primary files (closedNot Sent) are not being moved from the SDM to the
downstream processor. Check the associated log.
FTP errors
The downstream processor is full (no space to write files):
Check the DMS switch/CM SDMB logs which indicate that the file(s) was
not sent.
Verify that the scheduling was turned off.

SBA Logs
The system generates the following two types of SBA logs:
Information logs
Occur throughout the course of events and inform you of the various states
of the system.
These logs do not require any action.
Alarm-related logs
Associated with an alarm, they notify you of some type of problem.
These logs do not always require an action but may warn you that an action
needs to be taken at some point to avoid a more serious condition.
The log number categorizes the type of log.
