How to improve test time in mobiles w/o Band Indicator.
Benefit:
For mobile phones w/o band
indicator, there is no HO between
900 and 1900 possible. Power
cycle during test was always
necessary!!!
With the CMUgo version 1.96 it is
possible to change the LAC
(Location Area Code) by each GSM
call setup.
This setting forces the mobile for a
new location area update. Avoiding
any power cycles which brings a
higher throughput on final testing. --
