SITE:
The site selected for the township is a
heavily wooded promontory jutting into
wayalar lake.
The site plan organises some 400 housing
units grouped in a clusters of twelve along
the pedestrian spine.
Some parts of this spine is bridged to
create larger units and delineate public
spaces.
It also consists of a simple loop road
which is also used to reach the picnic
spots near the lake.
