The Nigeria Institute of
Leather and Science
Technology, SamaruZaria was established
in 1964

On 1st April 2011, the name


of the College changed to
Nigerian Institute of
Leather and Science
Technology (NILEST) to
properly position it in line
with its Mandate and
Mission.
