INTRODUCTION ABOUT PHP

PHP(Hypertext Preprocessor) is a widely-used
open source general-purpose sripting language
that is especially suited for web development and
can be embedded into HTML.
PHP script are executed on the server side.
PHP are available for WINDOWS,MAC, LINUX
& UNIX operating system.
PHP files have extension .php

TOOLS CONTAIN BY PHP

HTML HTML is the standard markup language for
creating Web pages.
HTML elements are represented by tags.
HTML tags label piece of content such as heading,
paragraph, table, and so on.

CSS- A CSS(cascading style sheet) files allows you to

separate your websites HTML content from its style. As

always we use our HTML file to arrange the content, but all
of the presentation (fonts, colors, background, borders, text
formatting, link effects) are accomplished within a CSS.

JAVASCRIPT
Javasript is commonly used as a client side scripting language.

This means that java script code is written into an HTML page.
When a user requests an Html page with JavaScript in it , the
script is sent to the browser and its up to the browser to do
something with it.

MYSQL
MYSQL is the most popular open source Relational SQL
database management system. MYSQL is one of the best
RDBMS being used for developing web-based software
applicatons.

E-COMMERCE
It is commonly known as electronic marketing.
It consists of buying and selling products and
services over an electronic system such as internet.
E-Commerce is the purchasing , selling ad
exchanging goods and services over computer
network or internet through transactions or terms
of sale are performed electronically .

B2B commerce is simply defined as ecommerce
between companies. About 80% of ecommerce of this
type .
EXAMPLE:
Intel selling microprocessor to Dell.

WHAT IS B2C E-COMMERCE?

Business-to-customer e-commerce, or commerce between
companies and consumers, involves customers involves
customers gathering information; purchasing physical
goods or receiving products over an electronic network.
EXAMPLE:
Dell selling me a laptop

WHAT IS B2G E-COMMERCE?

B2G is generally defined as commerce between companies and public
sector. It refers to the use of the Internet for public
procurement,licensing procedures, and other government-related
operations.
EXAMPLE:
Business pay taxes,file reports, or sellings goods and services to Govt.
Agencies.

WHAT IS C2C ECOMMERCE?

C2C is simply commerce between private individuals or consumers.
EXAMPLE:
Mary buying an ipod from Tom on ebay.

WHAT IS G2C E-COMMERCE?

The objective of this model is to provide good and effective
services to each citizens.
G2C provides information of all government departments,
Different welfare schemes,
Different application forms to be used by the citizens.

WHAT IS G2B E-COMMERCE?

G2B is a business model refers to government providing
services or information to business organisation.

ADVANTAGES OF E-COMMERCE

geographic limitations.
Low operational costs and better quality of services.
Customers can easily select products from different
providers without moving around physically.

DISADVANTAGES OF E-COMMERCE
Any

one , good or bad , can easily start a business.

And there are many bad sites which eat up
customers money
There is no gurantee of product quality.
Mechanical failures can cause unpredictable
effects on the total processes.

By using electronic technology through the internet , it
achieved.
More competitions, more marketplaces, faster transaction,and
more advanced technologies.
To make activities between customers and producers more
