Prostitution

is not the oldest trade in the


world: exploitation, slavery and gender
violence are all older, invented by men to
subjugate women in order to ensure their
sexual availability. Some liberals, above
all men and brothel entrepreneurs who
provide generous financial backing to
certain current opinions, are behind the
debate on the need to regulate female
prostitution. That is to say, to convert this
expression of violence into a profession
like any other for women
