Section-10 of ICA came into force on

the first day of september 1872 is

what agreements are contracts
which says that- All agreements are
contracts if they are made by the
free consent of the parties
competent to contract for a lawful
consideration of and with a lawful
object and not hereby expressely
declared to be void.

It is one of the essentials of a valid
