Ender learns that he each of his five toons can
work independently to attack Rabbit Army, and
because of that win, Dragon Army is now
ranked first. After that, if he has asked them to
follow him to the moon without spacesuits,
they would have done it (pg. 103). This shows
that Ender is a great leader that is able to
inspire his army to win.

Reflection
1. Children are a perpetual, self-renewing, underclass, helpless to
escape from the decisions of adults until they become adults
themselves.
2. I felt like a person all along the same person that I am today. I
never felt that my emotions were somehow less real than an adults
emotions or desires.
Discuss as a class
Do you agree with both statements? Why or why not?
