Can you tell who wrote it?

Specific name of page author or contributor?


Organization, institution, agency you recognize?
E-mail contact by itself not enough!

Credentials for the subject matter? Does the person/group


who wrote page have expertise in this subject area?
Look for links to:

Biography
Is it recent or current enough? Look for last updated
date - usually at bottom.

Content and Coverage
