1.Personality:
It refers to the personal traits of the individual,
which are reflected through behavior. It depicts the
type of work that the individual is suited for.
2. Perception:
It refers to the view point of the individual by which
the interpret the situation. The manner in which the
information is shared has the great impact on the
behavior of the other person

Attitude : Reflects the positive and the

individual to do the task
