Work Ethos Necessity as

Muslim
Iman
the main base for muslim to work
Iman is faith, means believe in heart,
say through tongue, and do in action.
With iman, as worker will love his job as
amanah so that he wil do his job with all
his heart and his might.

 Ikhlas
Someone work sincerely will not hope
anything except Allah. They ever
disappointed or frustated.
His intention from the start because of
Allah to fulfill Allahs obligation.
He believe that if he doesnt get reward
in the world he will get reward in the
day after

 Ihsan
Ihsan expain from gibrael to Rasulullah
SAW
go work and worship for Allahas if you
can see Allah and if you can not see
Allah, believe that indeed Allah is see
what you do

Ibadah
If work that we do based on 3 things;
iman, ikhlas and ihsan, so all work that
we do will be ibadah
Because only sincere ibadah that will
get reward from Allah in akhirat.

 Knowledge
if person that pray knew the meaning of
its ayat, they will get more reward that
person who dont.
Nabi SAW said : seek for knowledge
from the day you birth until you die
(H.R. Baihaqi)
Knowledge is light in the darkness,
direction when misguided and ship when
sail

 Islam
Give our all to Allah SWT after we
effortlessly tried
Whatever Allah planning for us is for our
best
Doesnt mean that we forget to
ikhtiyar and only hope Allahs
greatnesss
