The situation was
embarrassing, disgusting,
depressing, frightening....
• The news was shoking,
surprising.....
The movie was exciting,
interesting, boring, relaxing,
amazing, fascinating......
• You use the sufix -ed when the adjective
is related to how people feel. Ex: I was
disgusted to see that situation.
• You use the sufix -ing when the adjective
is related to things or people that cause
a certain feeling. Ex: The situation was
disgusting. / The teacher is boring.
