PURPOSE
To heighten community involvement by mobilizing the support of local
stakeholders,
volunteers,
civic

organizations, and the private sectors in the fight against illegal drugs.

Assess the reports submitted by the MMTs
and take necessary actions including, but
not limited to, filing of cases and/or referral
of drug users for counseling and/or

of use of illegal drugs
