How about its role in Developing Countries with different culture,
awareness and level of education?
It is strongly believed that developing more sustainable cities is not just about
improving the abiotic and biotic aspects of urban life, it is also about the social
aspects of city life, that isamong othersabout peoples satisfaction, experiences
and perceptions of the quality of their everyday environments (Beer, 1994).

Why do people visit urban parks in developing countries?
Which benefits do they get from visiting them? And, do
these benefits really affect their quality of life, well-being
and contribute to the sustainable urban life?

THEORITICAL FRAMEWORK

RESEARCH OBJECTIVE
Determine the role of urban parks in developing
countries :
Examine the motive of the visitor of the park and their
activities.
Indentify which needs that the visitor trying to fullfill and how
important the needs for human well-being.
Visitor preferences on facilities of urban parks visited and
satisfaction of urban parks availability in the city.
Roles of the urban parks in developing country as reference for
future development.
