A Bias For Action

A bias action emphasis on the action orientation a bias for
getting things done in the organisation.
But there are some firms like 3M and TI they dont have
such problems in their organisation people simply talk to
each other on a regular basis.
The intensity of communication is unmistakable in the
excellent companies.
Authors believes that the key success factor in business
is simply getting ones arm around almost any practical
problem and knocking it of.

accountability among down- the-line employees is

values of the company combined with tolerance for all
employees who accept those values

maintaining core company values.

Conclusion
The book is highly inspiring and very systematic in
approach. Its among the very few books of its time that
had tried to consider the people factor and Culture
factor in the success of a company.
Another important strength of the book is that it is
based on the fundamentals of solid research rather than
assumptions.
