My example.
Sally was really excited to go to Dancey Middle school. Sally loved to dance and
she was very excited that she could bring her dog. Her dogs name was Penny. Sally
packed her luggage and then she went to school. She jostled a girl in front of her so she
could get to the front of the crowd. The girl pushed Sally back and they began to fight.
Principal Bear came to break up the fight and she sent them to the school office. Sally
and the girl sat in the office and stared at a poster that said SMILE. Sally wondered:
How am I going to overcome this obstacle? .
Principle Bear entered the office and called the girls to her office. She began her
lecture: I have worked here for 50 years and this is the first time I had to break up a
fight on the first day of school. This is my last year before I retire, could you girls just
get along so I can enjoy it? Yes Ms. Bear, Sally and the girl said. Sally apologized:
Im sorry I jostled you. I was really excited, but I could have been patient. Its okay. I
forgive you. Do you want go dance and sing with me.? The girl said. Sally agreed and
they smiled and danced out of the principal's office
