Measuring ROI from a CPD

Investment
An assessment of return on investment on CPD
may be done by seeking answer to the following
questions about the potential value of each CPD
activity considered:
What are the intended learning outcomes from
this activity?
What is the relevance of this particular activity to
current work role?
How will an employer benefit when the intended
learning outcomes are achieved?
How will others (for example clients and
colleagues) benefit
from this learning?; and
