High CCH power configuration will limit the available power for HSDPA which will affect HSDPA
throughput.
CCH Optimization could resulting in more power allocation for HSDPA purposes, thus will
improve the throughput

Proposed Strategy
CCCH power optimization could be reached by reducing unused power that are reserved for CCH
and allocate more power for others without degrading current quality of the network.
Objective :
Reduce excessive reserved Common Control Channel (CCCH) power
Deploy the most efficient power distribution/management
Give more power resource to be used for other services (R99 and HSDPA)
Expected results :
HSDPA throughput improvement
Power congestion reduction
Better user experience
