Summary
A playspace creates an open, creative, and
motivating atmosphere. Every business has their
mission, vision, and strategy statement that makes
them stand out. Starbucks does a good job focusing
on the learning needs of a multicultural business.
Organizations need to pay attention to the
employees and their diversities. Starbucks has
always supported a multicultural environment, and
organizations need to embrace the ideas.
