As-built documentation

During the course of the construction the contractors

shall compile the as-built documentation, reflecting
the actual implementation of the design solutions and
the actual position of the structures and their
elements, at all stages of the production as the
particular stages of the work are completed. The
obligatory nature of the compilation, the content and
the form of specific as-built documents shall be
stipulated by the requirements hereof, of other
effective normative documents, the agreement, design
and, where necessary, the instructions of the
representatives from state control and supervisory
authorities.

FABRICATION CONTRACTOR shall provide to
COMPANY all as-built documentation (acts, protocols,
special & general log books) required to be
maintained according to RoK requirements during the
fabrication and assembly process.

ITP- Inspection Test Plan
As built Documentation
The applicable Acts/ Logs & Protocols shall be substituted
into Inspection Test Plans.

Acts
Act Mandatory Certificate of which the content and
layout is extracted from the RoK norms and standards
which cannot be modified in any way or form. The
content and layout is allowed to be presented within
project specific template(s) as per agreed by COMPANY
(see Appendix 1)
Act Recommended - Certificate of which the content and
layout is based on RoK norms and standards and other
regulative guideline requirements. Outside of conforming
to the RoK norms and standards requirements content
modification is permitted to align with project
specification. The content and layout is allowed to be
presented within project specific template(s) as per
agreed by COMPANY.

Act of Hidden Works- works, hidden by the sequence of
following works , quality and accuracy of which can not be
determined after performing these subsequent
works.

Protocols
Protocol Mandatory - Verification documentation for
testing performed of which the content and layout is

Documentation used to define inspection criteria
for components forming the basis of formal record
documenting the results of testing utilized during the
construction execution phase of the project not based on
RoK norms and standards and other regulative guideline
requirements.

Logbook
The Logbook is to be maintained throughout the fabrication
and construction phases. Activities taken place during those
phases shall be accurately documented:
the dates of the most important aspects during construction
and fabrication; data on the quality of the materials used;
methods applied during fabrication and construction works;
weather conditions;
any deviations from the drawings; comments from the
Regulatory Authorities etc.;

conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 (paragraph 5.5), enables
it to inspect concealed/hidden works and perform interim acceptance
without the involvement of the technical supervision in coordination with
them.
