HOW DO I SET IT OUT?

At the top of EVERY page in you folio use headers to
enter a TITLE and your SACE ID number
Use the following subheadings it will make it easy for
the moderator:
Title
Research Question
Background
Processes
Capabilities
Ethics

TITLE
The title should make it clear what
the research project is about
Try and use high order words to
define your title and question.

RESEARCH QUESTION
Ensure that your question relates
directly to the research you want to do .
Be careful how you word it because it
can change the meaning or quality of
what you research.

and reliable? (source analysis, ensure the
research is about a key point, annotation etc.)
How will you analyze your data? (data tables,
graphs, statistics, compare other research etc.)
How will you present your fi ndings (written
report, PowerPoint, multimedia etc.)

Is manageable
Make sure that your project is not off ensive or inappropriate
in any way. That includes your opinions, language, topic etc.
Make sure you protect information given to you in confi dence

Do NOT start your proposal with When I fi rst heard
about the RP Just explain what your main theme is
and why you want to research it. Then explain how you
refi ned it to your awesome question.
Do NOT write about your teacher, your mate, or your
Dads mate, or something like that. Formalize these
people; if you want to interview a teacher, dont use
their name, rather their title and why its necessary.
Do NOT use the word some- as in Im going to
interview some mates who play footy. Formalize your
language I intend to interview local football players.
