CONCOR JNPT Present system for Cash

management.
Presently customers are transferring funds to CONCORs
HDFC Common Bank collection account. After getting the
mail form Customer for funds transfer, the UTR no.is
verified with the bank records and then due credit is given
to Customer Pre-Deposit account.
This type of transaction is creating problems as the
Customer has to follow up with CONCOR for getting their
PDA credited. Also CONCOR is facing problem as the fund
transfer is not unit specific, and sometimes double credits
were passed as the users are having transactions at
multiple units.
Delay in crediting CPDAs of the shipping lines leads to
blockage of containers at the other locations as the IWBs
cannot be generated, thereby causing great inconvenience
to customers.

E-CMS Creation of Virtual

accounts
With a view to simplify the process of cash management,
CONCOR has initiated the process of Electronic cash
management system (E-CMS) and also complying with the
Govt. of India mandate for E-CMS and paperless
transactions.
Each customer holding Pre-deposit accounts were assigned
individual Virtual accounts by our banker M/s HDFC Bank.
These virtual accounts are unique and customer specific.
The virtual account numbers has been circulated to all the
PDA holding customers and was asked to fill in relevant
details viz. e-mail ids and mobile numbers.

The facility of E-CMS provided by CONCOR is multi-pronged with
host of benefits as below :
1.The registered users will get an automated e-mail and SMS
acknowledgement on the e-mail accounts and mobile numbers
given by the users.
2.CONCOR by default, will get an e-mail prompt from HDFC
Bank on each credits received. HDFC bank will also provide total
transaction details for reconciliation at end of each shift/day.
3.On getting the e-mail confirmation, CONCOR will credit the
amount to Party PDA without any delay. The party may view the
credit through their E-filing module and also generate E-receipt
through the module.

HOW THE SYSTEM

WORKS
1. Customer makes a trial transaction of Rs.10/- to
Rs.50/- through RTGS / NEFT to the virtual
account already provided.
2. CONCOR commercial desk automatically receives
an Email giving details of customer and the
amount received.
3. The customer also gets an Email prompt & SMS
for the amount (Transferred through our banker
HDFC Bank)
4. CONCOR commercial desk manually updates the
amount received to party PDA.

1. CONCOR has initiated steps to link E-CMS transactions

directly to Party PDA (E-Filling module)
2. Our banker (HDFC BANK) is creating handshaking
platform through their system linking it with our
server.
3. Once it is done, the customer will have advantage of
crediting funds directly to their PDA.
