MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
The MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT mode and
executed by and in betweens
Dreamstarter represented by Ms. Cherry Legaspi
(planner) with office at the Manila office branch
and College of Arts and Letters (CAL) represented
by its Marketing Manager Ms. Liza Festijo do
hereby agree and confirm:
1. That Dreamstarter will provide all the
necessary needs for the early Fashion Show.
2. The event will be held on August 30, 2016
(Friday) at PUP covered Hall at 6th floor.
3. That CAL represented by Ms. Liza Festijo will
pay the total amount of P48,180.00 for the
entire service provided.

4. That a half payment will be paid upon


completion of this contact as a deposit to hold the date
(deposit is not refundable) and the balance of the total
amount to be paid two day s prior before the date of the ev
