30 Year PPA Assumptions

Projections of the expected
electricity output of the Solar Farm
applied to the PPA tariff demonstrate
the following projected financial
output on Solar Farm revenues over
30 years

Market indications as confirmed in

initial discussions with various
utilities across the continent indicate
a likely starting tariff of USD
19cents per kW hour. An escalation
rate of 6% per annum is expected to
be agreed as part of the PPA.

The key revenue drivers of the

Project are assumed to be generated
by the expected terms of the PPA
agreement with the various Offtakers and Utilities .
