Types of concert

Theatrical
Some performers or groups put on very elaborate and expensive shows. In order
to create a memorable and exciting atmosphere and increase the spectacle, the
artist will frequently include additional entertainment devices within their
concerts.
Festivals
Concerts involving a greater number of artists, especially those that last for
multiple days, are known asfestivals. Unlike other concerts, which typically
remain in a single genre of music or work of a particular artist, festivals often
cover a broad scope of music and arts. Due to their size, festivals are almost
exclusively held outdoors.
Concert tour
A concert tour is a series of concerts by an artist or group of artists in different
cities or locations. Often concert tours are named, to differentiate different tours
by the same artist and associate a specific tour with a particular album or
product. Especially in the popular music world, such tours can become largescale enterprises that last for several months or even years, are seen by
hundreds of thousands or millions of people, and bring in millions of dollars (or
the equivalent) in ticket revenues.

My feelings at a rock-concert

The loud booms of the bass, the

screaming of the teenager girls, the
sweat of the performers. There is nothing
that surpasses the emotions that I feel at
a rock concert. The passion and
dedication seeps through the singers
microphone as the strumming guitars,
beating drums, and low bass reverberate
through the walls of the large venue. The
bands faces are almost completely
blocked, as all I can see are bobbing
figures in front of me as everyone is
jumping up and down as adrenaline takes
over. After ten minutes, everyones lungs
falter after screaming and singing the
lyrics louder than the singer himself. Soon
enough, its not just the performers
sweat that goes flying everywhere, its
the audiences. It doesnt matter though,
especially when my idols are standing on
a raised platform five feet away from
me. Then, the group performs my
favorite song. That song that has inspired
me and helped me through the times
where even people couldnt
