RESULTS
› New and significant insights
› Õroblem clearly defined
› It has enabled us to make better research design,
choose data collection method and selection of
subjects.
› qualitative research can give some indication as to the
"why", "how" and "when" something occurs, it cannot tell
us "how often" or "how many.³
› Now through a confirmatory research we will find linkage
between consumer segments and their preferences.
› This research will help us understand consumer¶s
reason to choose metro over other means. It will help
metro to position itself better.
