Thorough examination of the quality of an institution.
Shows to which extent the mission and objectives of the
institution are being achieved.
Includes sufficient information for the reader about the
process of investigation and the evidence on which
conclusions are based.
Offers reasonable confidence that conclusions are sound.
Should be self contained.

Includes 11 sections on 11 standards of quality (defined


by NCAAA):

Objectives of the Visit


1. Observe, assess, evaluate, confirm, verify,
analyze, and recommend;
2. Provide NCAAA with information to decide on
granting accreditation
3. Confirm that the SSRI is accurate;
4. Examine Evidence: data and documents
5. Interview all stakeholder groups;
6. To write the Review Panel Report:
a. recommendations for improvement and
b. accreditation decision recommendation
