The standard worksheet schedule is five days per week, nine
hours a day i.e. 8 hours + 1 hour. 8 Hours are your
productive hours in the organization and 1 hours can be
further divided in 30 minutes break, for either Lunch /
Dinner and three 10 minutes break for Tea / Coffee Break.
Post 11 P.M.: Out of Office
Owing to the fact that we also work in night shifts, note that
nobody is allowed to go out of the building premises post
11:00 P.M. IST.

Business Attire:
Business Attire is applicable from Monday to Wednesday.
The following dress code applies to Business Attire For Gentlemen: They are expected to dress in business formals, i.e.,
a full / half-sleeved shirt, formal trousers and formal leather shoes.
For Ladies: They are expected to be in a salwar / churidar kameez,
or dressed in western business formals.

Attendance
The Company has installed a Proximity Card Reader at
the entrance of the Office and you are provided with
an Identity cum Proximity card, which you need to
swipe\thump impression in the machine to get your
attendance recorded. Sign in register is also
mandatory.

Leave Policy
- 18 days of Entitled Leave (EL) in a calendar year.
- The EL gets accumulated in an employees leave bucket on a pro-rate basis (1.5 per
month) from the date of his/her joining in ESS (Employee Self Service).
- The maximum number of leave that can be approved by a reporting manager at a time is 7
working days (taking into consideration the leave balance in the employees leave bucket)
- In case the leave balance does not suffice the requirement of leave, the reporting manager
can approve the leave, taking into consideration the urgency of the situation. But the extra
leave, apart from the employees leave balance, will be treated as LOP.
-When leave is taken without prior sanction (under certain unavoidable circumstances), the
absence should be notified to the respective reporting Manager on the same day through
phone or email. In such cases, appropriate documents need to be submitted to substantiate
the reason for leave (for example a doctors certificate in case of sickness). Once resume
back apply in ESS and approval for leave in such cases is subject to the decision of the
reporting manager.
- EL remaining unutilized as on 31st December will be carried forward to the next year. A
maximum of 40 Leaves
can be carried forward by an employee, if the leave quota exceed more than 40 leaves,
than it will be lapsed.
