WHAT IS A PERSONALITY?

The "personality" is the typical pattern of


thinking, feeling, and behaviors that make a
person unique.
It is the combination of characteristics or
qualities to form an individual's distinctive
character making someone interesting or
popular in the society or job places.
When we say that someone has a "good
personality" we mean that they are likeable,
interesting and pleasant to be with.

It includes many modules like:

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS MODULE: Guides you on how to


carry a positive attitude and how to behave professionally.

SPOKEN ENGLISH MODULE: Guides you on how to speak


English fluently.

WRITTEN ENGLISH MODULE: Guides you on how to write


English in emails and business letters, easily.

PUBLIC SPEAKING MODULE: Guides you on how to speak


correctly and confidently in public.

They have lack of formal ettiquettes and
manners.

related queries.

7.Competitions on class level , so that everybody will be
motivated 2 participate.
8.Workshops on presentation skills and confidence

WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

Prepare a proper course curriculum to


implement the program efficiently.
It may vary with the level of understanding of
the students.
It should be practical based instead of theory
based.
With every semester , we should introduce few
practical tasks to develop there communication ,
confidence and discipline.
Various activities to make them versatile.
A proper forum of students to learn and apply
the extra co-curricular skills.

It is just the beginning of sincere efforts to


create positive modifications in our students,
and to enhance the credibility of our
education system.
