STRONG WORDS
Strong word creates a vivid image in the receivers mind

ACTIVE AND PASSIVE
VOICE CAREFULLY
In active voice, the subject of the sentence

voice, the subject is acted upon.
Active voice is clearer, more concise, and

more forceful than passive voice. Prefer


active voice.
Use passive voice to give sentence variety,

express an action with an unknown or
