Scrum in a few words

Split

your organization into small, crossfunctional, self- organizing teams

Split your work into a list of small, concrete
deliverables, sort by priority and estimate the
effort
Split time into short fixed-length iterations, to
produce something to be shown at the end
Optimize the release plan and update
priorities in collaboration with the customer,
and learning from iterations
Optimize the process by having a
retrospective after each iteration.
