The C 70 high-performance card achieves excellent yarn quality at highest

Rieter controls the carding gap by means of precise flats guidance and with the

New package for the processing of synthetic fibres
The new, very easily removable web bridge in a special package for the
processing of synthetic fibres allows trouble-free cleaning and an immediate

The second function in the package is the unique chute control with air
pressure, which simplifies the processing of synthetic fibres. This enables the C
70 card to achieve high carding performance with synthetic fibres and as a

The new combing set achieves the greatest productivity on the market
It consists of a new combing preparation machine, E 36 OMEGAlap, which is

able to feed six new E 86 combers. With 540 kg/h and therefore the supply
of almost 25,000 ring spindles, the set reaches the highest production
output on the market
A new function simplifies setting and optimisation of the noil rate. This is
made possible by the new FlexComb circular comb from Graf.

J 26 Air-jet Spinning Machine
With the J 26, Rieter extends the application range for air-jet technology
and presents an additionally optimised machine
New: Processing of polyester with P 26 With the processing of polyester,

the challenge lies in the deposits of spinning finish and co-polymers. For
this reason, Rieter now offers the option P 26 which significantly extends
the time between the necessary cleaning operations
A new option is the application of six robots on the machine. This allows
applications which imply a higher rate of ends down or quality cuts to be
processed.
New option for soft yarns: The majority of air-jet yarns are later processed
to knitted fabrics which require a softer touch. To this end, Rieter has
developed technology components and setting parameters.
Rieter has for many years successfully used the Q 10 A yarn clearer in

TwistTrap-Navel has a modified nozzle, combined with a patented twist-retaining
element. The TwistTrap-Navel, which is applicable to all types of spinboxes, provides
an additional false twist, which results in better spinning stability. The production can
increase by 10 % to 15 % due to the possible twist reduction. Another new Premium
Part is the PS7 TwinDisc a support disc with reduced width. The reduction from 10
mm to 7 mm results in less flexing work between rotor shaft and disc. The benefit is

FT60 and FT70 roving frames rely on multi-motor drive systems and
modular design, allowing to reach up to 224 spindles.
The completely electronic drafting system of Marzoli FT60 and FT70 series
ensures the highest degree of flexibility: the draft can be changed by simply
inserting the new draft parameter on the touch screen interface, no
mechanical modification is required. Thanks to Marzolis end-to-end
production management platform (YARNET), the draft can also be inserted
remotely (e.g. from the production managers computer).
FT60 and FT70 roving frames are fully integrated with Marzoli Bobbin
Transport systems and ring frames through specific mechanic solutions (e.g.
dedicated creel system for transport trains) and software production control

The New CM7 Comber
new CM7 comber with automatic Lap Piecing
The new CM7-LP comber is the result of a thorough activity of research and
development that has led to the achievement of the maximum results on:
Quality (substantial reduction of neps and short fibers, perfect evenness of the sliver)
Productivity (mechanical speed up to 600 nips/min with production volumes up to 85 Kg/h)
Efficiency (reduction in energy consumption, better selection of fibers and reduction of noil
percentage);
These results have been achieved with optimization of the following parts: driving
head, nipper unit, feeding rollers, detaching rollers, circular comb, top comb and
drafting system.
Premium efficiency electric motors grant electric efficiency standards over 90%
entailing almost no energy waste and much lower power consumption levels
One of the greatest innovations introduced with the new CM7 comber is the automatic
lap piecing technology. This technology automatically changes the empty tubes with
full laps and restarts the machine without the operator intervention. This highly reliable
system allows to increase the efficiency of the machine thanks to the reduction of
machine downtimes and operators effort. Moreover, the automatic lap piecing system
also has a positive influence on quality as it entails the perfect overlapping of the two
batts thereby increasing the regularity of the sliver also in the points where lap change
has occurred.

RS series and transferred it to the HKS MSUS. The result is the Wefttronic HKS. The
Weft-insertion system and the fabric take-up were at the heart of the steps taken to
optimize this machine platform
On one hand, the design (arrangement) of these two components guarantees accurate,
high-quality processing of the weft yarns. On the other hand, the machine is easy to
assemble, which enables it to be integrated quickly into the production process. This
reduces the assembly time

The VRS-P feeder combines the principle of volumetric precisely charged

Furthermore, a lower ceiling height of the building reduces the costs for
the construction of the factory and its operating expenses.
The fibre flock matt is condensed by a vacuum delivery apron for a better

The newly developed card VectorQuadroCard incorporates a completely new

modular transfer group between breast and main section. The flexible and quick
change of this transfer group makes possible three different card types:
type VQ-Q with a Quattro group to improve web evenness and fibre blending,
arranged as a double transfer between preopener and main cylinder with two doffers
and two transfer rollers to the main cylinder
type VQ-V with a top doffer together with a transfer roller and a lower transfer roller to
increase the throughput by using the doubling effect between preopener and main

The model series VQC uses 4 worker/stripper pairs of rollers on the preopener and

The new crosslapper type Super-DLSC 200 allows electro-mechanical

speeds of up to 200m/min for web infeed speeds, depending on the fibre
specification
It aims at reducing a possible bottleneck for the total throughput of the
complete installation
At the crosslapper infeed Dilo has installed the proven CV1A web
regulation system for an improved evenness of the needlefelt with a
great potential for fibre savings. This very high web infeed speed has
been made possible by a further increase of the drive power within the
3-apron-layering technology
All drives for the aprons and the layering carriages are direct watercooled torque motors to improve the acceleration with reduced gear wear
In addition, they have taken special measures to eliminate and reduce
