Event Data Analysis


Commercial Challenge:
Not all QoS problems can be pin pointed using traditional
testing methods and PM counters tools. Statistical
performance data does not allow drill down to detail of
individual call QoS issues. While mostly issues occur in
private and inaccessible locations, and are sequence of
events specific, which are irreproducible and stays
hidden.

Solution:
PERFOMIO utilizes event data, generated from large
volume of live subscriber traffic. Which allows cell, phone
model, subscriber centric, and other advance analysis

Geo Location Analysis

Call Tracing
User experience problems in UL cannot be
captured through DT equipment and field testing.
Network generated event data can be used to
perform end to end tracing of a call signalling flow.
The signalling flow can then be used to generate
KPIs and Analysis based on generated events.
Root cause analysis can be performed based on
UL and DL measurements registered in traces,
without the need of routine field testing.

Area Based Monitoring


It is possible to define and monitor network KPIs
based on specified area bins.
KPIs are aggregated from event data collected
from GPEH/UETR data.
Valuable for monitoring corporate customer area
or high revenue markets.
Root cause analysis can be performed
based on UL and DL measurements
registered in traces, without the need of
routine field testing.

Network QoS Profiling


Network profiling can be done based on QoS.
Areas with weak coverage, bad quality/EcNo and
low throughput can be identified on map.
Geo-location built into PERFORMIO can help to
even profile indoors for valuable customers and
corporate locations.
Profiling indoor locations can be useful for
solving indoor customer complaints and
improving user experience.
