USERS OR PEOPLES
EWS(Economically Weaker Sections):Group housing made for EWS sections comes under this group In this plinth
should be about 25-35 mtr. Sq.
For EWS maximum area for the plot should be around 30-45 mtr. Sq. And
plots minimum width should be 3 mtr.
LIG(Lower Income Group).:Group housing made for LIG sections comes under this group In this plinth
should be about 36-45 mtr. Sq.
For maximum area for the plot should be around 46-60 mtr. Sq. And plots
minimum width should be 3.6 mtr.
LMIG(Lower Medium Income Group):Group housing made for LMIG sections comes under this group In this plinth
