influenced by the perception of ones job

Objectives
To assess the satisfaction level of employees in
WorldLink Pvt. Ltd.

To identify the factors which influence the job


satisfaction of employees

To identify the factor which improves the


satisfaction level of employees

Limitations
The survey is subjected to the bias
The researcher was carried out in a short span of
time, where in the researcher could not widen
the study

The study could not be generalized due to the


fact that researcher adapted personal interview
method

Methodolgy
The design of this study is the survey research design
This study shows which factors influences job satisfaction the
most of Worldlink Communications Private Limited

The researcher has used both the primary and the secondary
data for the purpose of this study

After collecting all necessary data, data have been analyzed


and tabulated descriptively

The population of this study is the 50 employees of


WorldLink Communications Pvt. Ltd.

To measure the satisfaction level a 5 point scale has been


used which is denoted by 1=SD, 2=D, 3=N, 4=A, and 5=SA

Conclusion
The employees are satisfied with the working condition of the
organization

Employees are not satisfied with the pay and promotion of the
organization

Employees are satisfied with the level of fairness


Employees are satisfied with Level on Job Security

Employees are not satisfied with Level on Relationship with
Immediate Supervisor

Working condition, level of fairness and Level on relationship with


co-workers are key factors affecting job satisfaction
