There is still missing geo data for some cells in Nicaragua network. We already required
Claro for the remaining cells. Please your help for get this information.
Its important to keep updated the Cellconfig otherwise SON could not act over these cells

Cells with missing GPEH

The most of the fails are because of the lost of connectivity with the OSS.
Its important to account with high percentage of GPEH in order to detect missing neighbors.

ANR was re-activated on December 12th. 2014. OSS connectivity issue on Jan 3rd.

Connection was recovered on Jan 6th.

Conclusions
ANR Intra was activated in RNCVF01 and RNCSE01 at Dec.12th.
ANR Intra was activated in RNCES01, RNCVF2E and RNCLE01 at Dec.14th.
There were some issues at Jan. 3rd. and connection to the OSS was lost. It was solved at Jan.

6th.
RNCVF01 and RNCVF2E shows an important decrease on Drop By Missing Neighbor after ANR-

Intra was activated. ANR-Intra has created 2150 neighbor relations consolidated in these two
RNCs.
ANR-Intra re-activated successfully and adding 2995 needed relations (from Dec 12 th to Jan 8th),

that could be meaning a lot man-hours for identify, apply, and monitoring it.
There are 259 cells with missing geo data in Nicaragua network. These missing information

should be provided by Claro-Nicaragua in order to keep all the network covered by ANR.
