TOYOTA COROLLA GLi 2009
According to our survey we concluded that Toyota Pakistan needs to improve
its EMS standards, because it is not completely up to the mark. Although Toyota
Pakistan is considering Toyota Japan as a benchmark but still they fall short to do so
due to some unsuitable economic conditions. Another reason of this short fall is that
Toyota Pakistan is working on 3sigma where as Toyota Japan in working on 6sigma.
Another main reason of their success is that they take a keen interest in their
customer’s feedback because they take serious action to customer complaints and
suggestions. Although Toyota Pakistan may not keep the standards of Toyota Japan
but it is still much successful in Pakistan market.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1.
2.Toyota Pakistan should concentrate on improving the EMS standards.
3.Toyota Pakistan should acquire 6sigma under current conditions to compete in
the market.
4.Toyota Pakistan should follow the philosophy (high Quality low Prices)
5.In order to enhance its Quality Toyota Pakistan should follow the quality tools
followed by Toyota Japan.
6.In order to enhance its profit Toyota Pakistan should focus on its customer
satisfaction.
7.Toyota Pakistan has to improve its quality and features of its vehicles to enhance
profits.
