renewable energy as source of energy.
It also reduce the Green House that effect

Energy Efficiency
Energy Efficiency means use minimum electricity to
complete the same work at home.
This also means you will be paying less for electricity
consumption as well as enjoy the same.
In our beach house model construction project, we
ensure that energy is used efficiently by using an
appliances that save energy.

 We using LED light that can save energy up to 50% and

more brightness compare to other.
Other electrical appliances such as refrigerator and
washing machine are electric eco-label.
Eco-label is a labeling system for consumer product
produced in order to avoid harmful effect on the
environment and save on electricity consumption.

 Our home also designed to reduce the use of fans and

air conditioning. Ventilation system in the house ensure
the house always cool because the sea breez.
While during night, this house does not need a heating
device because windows that install in this house has
been seal and can trap heat to warm the house.
The use of renewable energy source to ensure
sustainable energy source without polluting the
environment.

RE Energy Application In The

Model
RE means energy the can be replenished naturally in a
short period of time.
RE that use in our project is a combination of four source
such as solar energy, wind energy, hydro power energy
and biomass energy.
Most renewable energy goes to produce electricity.

Solar energy
Solar energy is a sun s rays that reach
the earth. This energy can be converted
into other form of energy such as heat and
electricity.
Using solar energy produces not water or
air pollution and no green house gases.

Wind Energy
Wind energy system offer a clean affordable
alternative to fossil fuel generated electricity in
your home.
With Wind Energy Systems, we have not to
worry about powers outages in your area a you
generate you own electricity from your own Wind
Turbine.

Energy Efficiency Concept

Energy Efficiency House means use 20
30% less energy and reduce heat loss up
to 50% . A self sufficient home provides
energy for itself, has higher value and
create zero carbon emissions.
