Waseem Badami joined News as Executive Vice President and
Senior Anchorperson. He later resigned from BOL Network in
April 2015.
He is fully committed to investing his diverse experience and
expertise into helping BOL realize its dreams for Pakistan's media
industry.
Always on the lookout for new experiences, Mr. Waseem has also
appeared in television advertisements in addition to an acting stint
as a news anchor in the movie, Waar. His anchoring style has

ARFA KARIM

The youngest Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). She


kept the title until 2008. Arfa represented Pakistan on various
international forums including the TechEd Developers
Conference. She also received the President's Award for Pride
of Performance. A science park in Lahore, the Arfa Software
Technology Park, was named after her. She was invited by Bill
Gates to visit Microsoft Headquarters in the U.S.

MALALA YOUSAFZAI

She is a Pakistani activist for female education and the


youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate. She is known mainly
for human rights advocacy for education and for women in
her native Swat Valley in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
province of northwest Pakistan, where the local Taliban had
at times banned girls from attending school. Yousafzai's
advocacy has since grown into an international movement.
