Allocation of the stall would be done on the first cum first serve basis under the
participant category.
Self Standing Logos would be provided outside respective Stall.

Terms & Conditions

1.Payment for participation is 100% in Advance. Payment is to be made in favor of HT Media Limited. Service tax as
applicable is extra.
2.The Print Advertisement will have to be release in the preceding week to the event. The advertisement will come in the local
edition.
3.The event is a HT Shine event. Soliciting candidates at the venue in any manner and putting up banners which project the
event in any other manner than a HT Shine event is not allowed.
4.The participating company will be responsible for any disfiguration of the allotted space & material and will have to pay for
any damages to furniture, property and any other item provided at its allotted space, by the venue owners and/ or HT Shine
5.The crowd management will be done by HT Shine team.
6.Putting up banner, posters at the venue outside the allotted stall is strictly not allowed.
7.Distribution of any material at the venue to the job seekers will be in consultation with HT Shine
8.Space allocation will be done by HT Shine on a first come first serve basis. Decision of HT Shine in this regard will be final.
9.We will make the general security arrangements. However, the participating companies will be responsible for the security of
their equipment and personal belongings.
