ISSUES RELATED MOTORCYCLE:

There are two major issues related to the

motorcycle.

SECURITY FOR MOTORCYCLE:

Nationwide in the US in 2005, there

were an estimated 1.2 million motor
vehicle thefts.
Losses due to motor vehicle theft in
2005 were estimated at $7.6 billion.
Motorcycle recovery rate is also
very less after stolen

ACCIDENT SAFETY :

In the world Road traffic crashes take the lives of nearly 1.3
million every year, and injure 20-50 million more

The accident rate in India 35 per 1000 vehicles is one of the

highest in the world.

100% Accident avoidance is not possible.

IDEA TO SAFETY AND SECURITY:

Protection from thieves.

Password lock, Ignition lock.
Emergency response time to save life.
Goal is to develop a system to increase
the survival of the victim.

How to Implement?
Accident Safety:
As Motorcycle crashes, limit switch will get Pressed.
GPS system will track the Location.
GSM module will send message to Pre defined No.
Receiver GSM module will receive message, check
for the required location.
Immediately it will respond to give Help to particular
victim.

How to Implement?
Security for Motorcycle:
Accelerometer will sense if any suspicious
movement with Motorcycle buzzer will get turn
ON When ignition is Off.
GSM module will send message to owner.
The ignition system will get unlocked through the
relay, when the correct password is entered
Still if the thieve succeed, GPS system will track
the motorcycles location continuously.

FUTURE SCOPE:
Replacing the pc by interfacing the
GPS Enabled mobile so as to get the
location details earlier.
Providing the internal small battery
back up so as the last location of the
bike can be send by the bike unit in
case of bike stolen, systems power
supply is removed.
