Measurement: Students will learn about timelines and how


they are used by historians to keep track of events.
Language Arts
Reading: Students will read fairytales and play scripts to
develop their comprehension by making connections with
their lives, other texts and the world.
Writing: Students will explore and write fairy tales and
fables. They will look at classic examples and think about
how they could change them for contemporary times.
Viewing and Presenting: Students will look and listen to
different media to gain further knowledge about their past.
Listening and Speaking: Students will give feedback to
presentations as well as learn to use intonation, volume,
pace and body language to communicate ideas.
Thai Studies: Students will use traditional Thai artifacts to
explore how life was in the past in Thailand.
