School library aims to provide a range of learning
opportunities for both large and small groups as
well as individuals with a focus on intellectual
content, information literacy, and the learner.
According to Abdul Rahim, school libraries are
centre that constitute the collection of both
printed and non-printed materials including
reference books, documents, newspapers,
models, charts, diagrams, maps, slide films,
projectors, tape recorders, multimedia kits, and
others

CONCLUSION
Even though the schools has limited ICT access
,teachers should be capable of forming and
organizing their learning environment in many
ways by merging the ICT with traditional method.
Thus, trainings, motivation and encouragement
should be given to the teachers in order to avoid
their hesitancy in adopting ICT into their lessons.
Teachers should develop their classroom
management skills in order to control and involve
the students in their lessons.
Moreover, they should learn and acquire the
innovative ways of integrating ICT even with
limited access to enhance teaching and learning
process..
