Spirituality

Antoaneta T., Anani M., & Jose I.

Introduction
Spirituality vs. religion
Spirituality is an inner, private process while religion is an
outward, public one(Manning, 2013).
Chapter addresses the manifestation of spirituality in an
organizational setting, and how the practice of spirituality can
impact our personal and work lives.
Spirituality as a proponent and enabler of healthy psychology.
Spirituality can manifest differently in diverse institution types.
Various principles and processes of the spirituality
perspective will be adapted differently contingent upon the
organization type.

Organizational Functioning
Spiritual Intelligence
It is by seeking meaning in our lives and acting in
accordance with our deepest values that we can
commit ourselves to lives of service based on the
capacity that we are best suited to, whatever we
choose to do personally or professionally.
