You are invited to participate in our survey. In this survey, approximately 10
people will be asked to answer all questions below because we are interested in
learning more about your thoughts, feelings, and attitudes towards your childs English
center.
When answering these questions, please consider your childs current experience at
English center. This survey is to help us understand different aspects of the parent or
center relationship. Your answer will be used in aggregate and we will not be
