INTRODUCTION :
Praise Allah SWT , for all the graces and guidance Allah so We
can finish the preparation of reports on the practice of industrial
work carried out during the three months in the CV. Subur Jaya
Industry Working Practices Report is structured in order to
qualify to take the exam as a report on the implementation of the
National and Industrial Practice of the school year 2013/2014 .
We realize that this Industry Internship report can not be
structured without the help of various parties , therefore, on this
occasion the author to convey sincere thanks to :
1 Mr. Nopriandi, ST , M.Kom , as Principal of SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang
Barat that has given me the opportunity and permission so it can
carry out Prakerin .
2 Mr. Sartono, S. Pd , as the Chief Mechanical Engineer Automotive
Skills Program .
3 Mr. Ngadiyo, S. Pd , as mentors prakerin of the School .
4 Mr. Ardiansyah, as supervisor of the REPAIR CV. SUBUR JAYA Workshop.

BACKGROUND :
Industry Working Practices ( PRAKERIN ) is an activity
carried out outside of school , industrial training is a
must for every student at the academic level and also
determine the final standard graduation qualification in
question at the end of education , one of the
requirements that must be met by students / student to
go to the next class , before making a final assignment
( TA ) .
Industry Working Practices is intended to bring
students to the demands of the business / industry , once
expected to provide feedback to the industry standard of
the graduates of vocational qualifications that are
required by the job / industry and significant inputs for
the development of vocational education quality .

HOW TO CHANGE BRAKE PADS

Steps :

1 . Loosen the lug nuts on the wheel.

2 . Jack the car and put Jack stand

3 . Find the two slider bolts (sometimes called


"pins") that hold the caliper in place.

4 .Open the bottom bolt , With the bottom bolt


removed , the caliper pivots up .

5 .Remove the old Brake Pads and install the


new Brake pads

6 . Open the brake fluid reservoir and Push


the caliper piston

7 .Close the caliper pivots and retighten the


slider bolt .

8 . Pour the brake fluid to the master cylinder


reservoir .

9 . Straighten the car's wheels, re-mount the


tire and tighten the lug nuts.

CONCLUSIONS :

During the author completed Practice Industry in


CV.SuburJaya Workshop , We draw some
conclusions are closely related to the world of
education with the world of work , in this case the
author gives the following conclusion :
By running Industry Practice , the student will
immediately attempt to try what has been given in
school and at the same time adapt to the way work
is usually done in the company .
With the practice of fieldwork , the students can
realize and measure the level of acquired abilities
at school and with its application in the business
world , so students can have trust to yourself .
