Student Wall
WHY WE DEVELOP THIS SYSTEM???...
• Since the UTM do not have the wall of student
faces, so we had decided to create it for UTM.
• No matter people from UTM or others can view
this system.
• The faces of the student have the details of their
faculties, courses, matrix number, e-mail,
academic advisor, date enter university, date out
of university and what subject that they taken in
that semester.

 Question 1: Who is going to use the system?

• The system can be used by anyone. It is

open to those who want to know who are
studying in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Question 2: What tasks do they now perform?

• The system show all the student faces and a little

bit detail about the students. The detail that are
basically about their faculties, courses, matrix
number, e-mail, academic advisor, date enter
university, date out of university and what subject
that they taken in that semester.

• The task just ask the user to click on the

icon you want. Then it will show the things
or the picture that you want.

between user & system?

• The relationship between the user and the

system is to make the user easier to find
whatever they want in the system.

• To edit the webpage is difficult if we do not

know how the original web flow.
• Make sure the edited part is easy to be
understand of the user.

Question 6: How do users communicate with
the students?
• The user can communicate with the
students by send the email to the student
that are already post in the webpage.

DESCRIPTION OF OUR DESIGN SYSTEM
• The Student Wall in UTM is actually the
webpage where people can know the faces
of student in UTM.
• It also make a company to search for
employees since UTM had been proved that
their students can worked after they had
finished their studies.
