Purpose of study

To identify the causes of Employee's politics and its Impact on


Performance of Banking Industry in Pakistan

To know the impact of language and caste, job position,


Cultural Animosity, gender discrimination and referral
employment on the productivity of banking industry in Pakistan

Problem statement

Power and politics has significant impact on performance of


employees and result in productivity of banking sector in
Pakistan.

Overview of banking industry


Banking sector is playing a significant role to provide the financial
support to the several industries
The primary responsibility is to control the national assets
The central control of banking system in Pakistan is monitor by the
State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)
SBP has wide range of private, commercial and Islamic banks that deal
in several financial products in the market
Banks in Pakistan shows the tremendous growth in last two decades and
implements the modern practices

H4: There is significant impact of religious lobbies on the


productivity of banking industry in Pakistan.

Sample Size is 160 and target population size is 1200

This research based on the quantitative research and it is


descriptive study

Questionnaire is based on Closed-Ended Questions The


researcher worked out the questionnaire of twenty-four
closed questions put an end

Primary source of data and online survey form

Limitations

Spend lots of time for data gathering which researcher


organized very hardly

Time and budget constraints and some other reasons

Generalized outcome for Pakistan might not be correct

Conclusion and
Recommendations
The researcher has chosen this topic because many employees
misuse their position and its impact on the productivity of an
organization
The result its proved that most of the organization has greater
effects of negative power and politics
Managers operate uncertainty, instability and even lack of
sympathy. This research is tried toward discover the relationship
among politics and its outcome from banking industry

Recommendations
Standardize of Human Resource Management (best person should be
posted tobestjob,bracingcourses, conducting
orientationonemergingbankingand problem solving
Employees administration, because Employees are dominant than any
entity.(promotionpolicies, award & reward, Reorganizations)
Research and Development facilities because later on we can predict
any uncertain situation
General working conditions must to be improved
Administration should conduct the meetings with employees and resolve
their problems
