The Promise

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of
your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the
Holy Spirit of promise Ep.1:13

1 Corinthians 3:9 in the Amplified Bible says,

you are Gods garden.
The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden,
and there He put the man whom He had formed.
And out of the ground the Lord God made every
tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for
food. The tree of life was also in the midst of the
garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and
evil. Gen.2:8-9

Gen.2:10-14
Now a river went out of Eden to water
the garden, and from there it parted
and became four riverheads. The name
of the first is Pishon; The name of the
second river is Gihon;... The name of
the third river is Hiddekel;... The fourth
river is the Euphrates.

He who believes in Me, as the

Scripture has said, out of his heart
will flow rivers of living water. (John
7:38).

The word Pishon means increase or

full-flowing.
Gihon means bursting forth or
gushing.
Hiddekel: Active, vehement, rapid
Euphrates means sweet, pleasant,
or fruitful.

Fullness
Pishon - increase or full flowing.
The Holy Spirit brings you into Gods VAST,
FULL-FLOWING abundance!
that He would grant you, according to the
riches of His glory, to be strengthened with
might through His Spirit in the inner man
that you may be filled with all the fullness of
God. Ep.3:16-19

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father

will send in My name, He will teach you all things
Jn.14:26
And being assembled together with them, He
commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but
to wait for the Promise of the Father, which, He
said, you have heard from Me; for John truly
baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with
the Holy Spirit not many days from now. Acts 1:4-5

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they

were all with one accord in one place. And
suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a
rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house
where they were sitting. Then there appeared to
them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon
each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy
Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as
the Spirit gave them utterance Acts 2:1-4

And when they had prayed, the

place where they were assembled
together was shaken; and they were
all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they
spoke the word of God with boldness.
Acts 4:31
Cornelius --Acts 10

For out of His fullness (abundance)

we have all received [all had a share
and we were all supplied with] one
grace after another and spiritual
blessing upon spiritual blessing and
even favor upon favor and gift
[heaped] upon gift. Jn.1:16

The Holy Spirit is Gods answer to emptiness

Poverty is not simply absence of money, it is a spiritual
stronghold satan uses to KEEP you from walking in the
FULLNESS of the victory gained for you at the cross
and keep you from your inheritance. This pertains to
EVERYTHING!
The goal of the spirit of poverty is not to just keep
things from us, but to keep us fro the will of God!
Gods answer to poverty is the Holy Spirit!

Overflow
Gihon: bursting forth or gushing
God is concerned about MORE than you just knowing
His fullness on a personal levelbut that you move into
an experience overflow
But whoever takes a drink of the water that I will give
him shall never, no never, be thirsty any more. But the
water that I will give him shall become a spring of
water welling up (flowing, bubbling) [continually] within
him unto (into, for) eternal life John 4:14

Purpose
Hiddekel Active, vehement, swift, rapid
This is actually a word picture of a swift arrow
in flight.
Before an arrow is ever released it is aimed at a
target and pulled back.
Once released it swiftly, rapidly, hits its
intended target.

Euphrates: Sweet, pleasant, or fruitful

The first 3 rivers flowing in our lives will result in
us experiencing sweetness and fruitfulness
But thanks be to God, Who in Christ always
leads us in triumph [as trophies of Christs
victory] and through us spreads and makes
evident the fragrance of the knowledge of God
everywhere, For we are the sweet fragrance of
Christ [which exhales] unto God, [discernible
alike] among those who are being saved and
among those who are perishing: 2 Cor. 2:14-15
