Key duties/responsibilities for financial consultant


1. Ability to work directly with clients in and out of the office.
2. Serve as troubleshooter, and may handle and/or delegate routine service
procedures.
3. Upon client request, prepare paperwork to transfer ownership of assets to
trusts, estate, family members, etc.; handle or delegate IRA matters and
transactions in clients business retirement plans; provide information for
income taxes to clients or their tax preparers; serve as liaison between
clients and any outside service providers we may have recommended.
4. Place trades, handle market-related problems, margin issues, etc. with
personal clients and other Financial Consultant IIIs clients.
5. Assign tasks such as correspondence, account paperwork, etc. to staff to
prepare.
6. Work directly with personal clients in all aspects of their financial needs,
including researching and preparing proposals for investment
recommendations.

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related degree


3+ years experience managing Finance functions and personnel
5-7 years experience in a financial budgeting and analysis responsibilities
Experience and understanding in corporate Information Technology cost
streams
Experience in Telco cost streams preferred
Expertise in MS Excel, MS Access and financial modeling
Experience with Hyperion systems preferred
Must possess a strong business ethic and thrive in a dynamic and changing
environment
Strong attention to details and a solid analytic skill base
Excellent communication skills including the ability to confidently interact
with executive management and aggressively manage deadlines and
deliverables
